will renovate an old educational facility and hardhat dive shop, transforming
it into Highline Community College’s new Marine Science and Technology
Center. This project will consist of complete demolition of all buildings
on the pier followed by a build-up of wood frame buildings that replicate
a traditional Cape Cod light house. The new pier will be equipped with
classrooms, laboratories and a working aquarium. |
