Position Opening: Construction Project Manager
The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction manager with a General Construction firm. Strong computer skills, estimating experience, scheduling experience and background in project management are preferred. Design/Build and Federal government experience is preferred. Managing Contracts over $10 million is preferred.
Project anticipated start date is early spring 2012 with 9 month duration.
The candidate must possess a degree in construction management, engineering or architecture. References validating work history and confirmation of previous positions are required.
